Josh Troche

Founder & CEO

With more years than he cares to admit, Josh handles video duties from being on camera to lighting, directing, and even a bit of editing (and occasionally pushing the shutter button for photos, too).

Over the years, he’s built a career around marketing and storytelling. Through Pedal Stomper Productions, Josh helps businesses, big and small, find their authentic voice and connect with audiences in meaningful ways. He’s partnered with both international brands and mom-and-pop shops looking to build a loyal customer base.

Josh also teaches business podcasting at Cuyahoga Community College because he believes storytelling is one of today’s most powerful marketing tools and that success truly is a shared thing.

But his real passion? Small business. Not faceless corporations, but real people customers can know and trust. The proof is in the time and dedication that he has in “The Business Fix” podcast with his co-host Chrissy Myers. 

When he’s not behind a camera or coaching entrepreneurs, you’ll likely find him escaping to new places on his motorcycles or at the gym trying to move heavy pieces of iron.

  • Lance Najal

    Editor


    As our editor, Lance spends his time cutting, pasting, and refining your message into the best version of you and your message. From tightening up interviews to adding just the right music cue, he’s the guy who makes the magic happen after the cameras stop rolling.

    He has an eye for detail (and the patience the rest of us don’t), carefully shaping each story so it flows naturally and carries the authentic message from top to bottom. If something makes you laugh, tear up, or immediately want to call and place an order for something, it probably passed through Lance’s timeline first.

    Lance is a big F1 fan (shoutout to Lewis Hamilton) and when he’s not editing your podcasts, he’s sim racing. Additionally, Lance is incredibly musically talented playing a number of instruments. 


  • Megan Eppley

    Social Media Manager

    If you’ve liked, shared, commented, or reviewed a podcast, chances are you’ve seen Megan’s handiwork. 

    As our social media manager, Megan takes the stories we help you create and makes sure they actually get seen by the right people. She is the one that keeps brands consistent, conversations engaging, and content pointed right at your customer base. 

    From crafting engaging captions to building strategies that help businesses connect with their audience, Megan doesn’t post content. She creates connections.

    Living at the intersection of creativity and analytics, she has probably already checked the metrics today…twice

    When she disconnects, she enjoys spending time with her husband (they’re newlyweds!), taking care of her flock of 12 chickens, playing volleyball and cleaning.




  • Chinasa Okpani

    Sales Executive Assistant

    Chinasa is our Sales and Executive Assistant extraordinaire. She is the calm, organized force that keeps everything (and everyone) moving in the right direction.

    She leads our sales outreach efforts, introducing businesses to Pedal Stomper Productions to and opening doors to new opportunities. While the creative team focuses on production and storytelling, Chinasa is making sure that our services get to the people who need them most.

    Thoughtful, strategic, and always intentional, she helps turn conversations into connections, and connections into partnerships.
